Diddy Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations from Infamous ‘White Parties’
Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new legal battles as six more lawsuits are filed against him, accusing him of sexual assault at his notorious “White Parties” and other events. According to a report from the Daily Beast, these latest allegations add to the growing list of accusations against the Bad Boy Records founder, spanning decades and involving various incidents.
The lawsuits, filed in New York, come from victims who wish to remain anonymous, identified only as John and Jane Doe. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the victims, has revealed that there may be as many as 120 individuals filing claims against Diddy, including accusations of sexual assault and child abuse.
New Allegations Against Diddy
- 1995 Biggie Smalls Party Incident
One woman claims she was raped by Diddy during a promotional event for Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” video. She alleges Diddy isolated her, threatened her, and assaulted her. Afterward, he warned her to remain silent, saying, “You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear.” - 1998 East Hampton White Party
Another accuser, identified as John Doe, alleges he was a minor when Diddy assaulted him at a White Party in the Hamptons. Diddy reportedly took the teen to a secluded area, groped him, and then returned to the party as if nothing had happened. - 2006 Security Guard Incident
A former security guard claims he was drugged and raped by Diddy during a 2006 White Party. After feeling sick from what he believes was a drink spiked with the date rape drug GHB, the victim says Diddy forced him into a van and assaulted him. - 2004 Marriott Hotel Assault
A woman alleges that Diddy assaulted her after a Da Band photoshoot in 2004. Along with a friend, she was locked in a hotel room and coerced into drinking and doing drugs before being sexually assaulted. Marriott Hotels has been named as a co-defendant in this lawsuit. - 2008 Macy’s Stockroom Assault
A victim claims Diddy assaulted him in a Macy’s stockroom in 2008. The lawsuit also alleges that Macy’s pressured his employer, Ecko Clothing, to fire him after signing a lucrative deal with Diddy’s Sean John Clothing brand. - 2021 Brand Management Employee Incident
In one of the most recent claims, a brand management employee alleges he was drugged and assaulted by multiple men, including Diddy, at a party in 2021. Despite consuming only one drink, the plaintiff claims he felt overwhelmed and paralyzed before the assault.
Diddy has been detained since September 16, facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. His trial is set for May 2025, and he has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
